rewritten from scratch using Free Pascal.
It should easily handle the latest TERRAIN.256, and, barring any significant
changes in file structure, any future versions, as well.
Please note that search-and-replace mode has not yet been implemented in this version;
you will need to rebuild your TERRAIN.256 file using MTERRAIN
if you wish to insert modified art.
